ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LOMBARD TRAFFIC CODE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard have heretofore passed and approved Ordinance 1186, An Ordinance Regulating Traffic in the Village of Lombard (hereinafter the Lombard Traffic Code); and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard find that the Lombard Traffic Code has been amended from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation and Safety Committee has reviewed the appropriate traffic studies and recommends certain changes to the Lombard Traffic Code; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Lombard concur in the recommendation of the Transportation and Safety Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LOMBARD, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1: That Schedule VII of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS be amended to add the following thereto:

Lincoln Street South curb line of a point 355 feet South
East Side 22nd Street
Section 2: That Schedule IV of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled STOP STREETS be amended to add the following thereto:
Name of Street Shall Stop At Name of Street
Gazebo Lane " Edson Street
Gazebo Lane " Lincoln Street
Oakton Drive " Majestic Drive
Section 3: That Schedule V of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled PREFERENTIAL STREETS be amended to add the following thereto:
Craig Place will yield to LeMoyne Avenue
Section 4: That Schedule II of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled THROUGH STREETS be amended to add the following thereto:
Through Street From To
Main Street 10 feet South of 10 feet South of
Route 64 Oakton Drive
Section 5: That Schedule II of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled THROUGH STREETS be amended to delete the following therefrom:
Through Street From To
Main Street 10 feet South of 10 feet North of
Route 64 Janata Blvd.
Section 6: That Schedule VII of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance 1186) entitled PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS be amended to add the following thereto:

Edson Street Middle of Cul-De-Sac
Section 7: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, publication in pamphlet form and the posting of appropriate signs as provided by law.
