AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 15, CHAPTER 155, SECTION 155.402

OF THE LOMBARD VILLAGE CODE IN REGARD TO THE

VILLAGE OF LOMBARD ZONING MAP

                                          WHEREAS, the Lombard Plan Commission held public hearings, pursuant to proper notice, relative to the Village's Comprehensive Plan on September 10, 1997 and September 29, 1997; and

                                          WHEREAS, pursuant to recommendation made by the Plan Commission, the Village Board adopted the Comprehensive Plan on _____________, 1997; and

                                          WHEREAS, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-12-6 and 5/11-12-7, an Official Zoning Map for the Village was included as part of said Comrehensive Plan; and

                                          WHEREAS, the Official Zoning Map as approved was printed on _____________, 19 __; and

                                          WHEREAS, with the approval of a new Official Zoning Map, it is necessary to update the reference thereato in the Village Code; 

                                          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:

                                          SECTION 1:  That Title 15, Chapter 155, Section 155.402(A) of the Lombard Village Code is amended by revising the reference therein to "April 1990" to read " ___________________."

                                          SECTION 2:  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
