DECEMBER 5, 1996, RELATIVE TO THE SPECIAL USE
FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AT 380 NORTH LAKE ROAD, LOMBARD, IL

(PC 96-26: 380 North Lake Road (York Brook Condominiums))

WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard have heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 1570 as amended by Ordinance No. 4267, approving a special use to allow a planned development at 380 North Lake Road; and,

WHEREAS, the petitioner relative to PC 96-26 has requested an extension of the time in which he must obtain a building permit and Certificate of Occupancy; and,

WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that it is in the best interest of the Village of Lombard to grant said extension of time;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LOMBARD, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:

SECTION 1: That Section 3, paragraph 1 of Ordinance No. 4267, adopted December 5, 1996, is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

1. This amendment to the special use shall be null and void unless a building permit is obtained on or before December 5, 1998 and a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained on or before June 5, 1999.

SECTION 2: That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 4267, adopted December 5, 1996, not amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
