Title: ZBA 09-02: 11 S. Eisenhower Lane Requests that the Village approve the following actions for the subject property located within the I - Limited Industrial District: 1. A variation from Section 155.210(A)(3)(a) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to allow three (3) individual/detached accessory structures to exceed the height of the principal structure. 2. A variation from Section 155.210(A)(3)(b) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum allowable height of four (4) individual/detached accessory structures from seventeen (17) feet to: a. Thirty-five and a quarter (35.25) feet, b. Twenty-two and a half (22.5) feet, c. Twenty-two and a half (22.5) feet, and d. Nineteen (19) feet, respectively. (DISTRICT #3)
