RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC WATERMAIN SYSTEM FOR YORKTOWN GENERAL CINEMAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT

80 YORKTOWN CENTER, LOMBARD, IL

WHEREAS,  the Private Development Engineer for the Village of Lombard has certified the completion of the public watermain system installed for the Yorktown General Cinemas development project, and has recommended said improvement be accepted; and

WHEREAS,  the Corporate Authorities concur with said recommendation.

NOW,  THEREFORE,  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD  OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LOMBARD, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:

Section 1:  That the public improvements, as certified by the Private Development Engineer, and as set forth on the approved engineering plans for the public watermain system at the Yorktown General Cinemas development project, be and hereby is accepted and is made part of the Village of Lombard.

Section 2:  That the domestic water service line and fire service line are to remain the maintenance responsibility of the property owner(s).
