Ordinance authorizing a First Amendment to the Stormwater Detention/Retention Variation Fee Escrow Agreement at 415 E. North Avenue. A First Amendment is being requested by the property owner as the driveway has not been removed and the required stormwater improvements have not been completed, due to COVID-19. The First Amendment provides for an extension of the time period for removing the driveway or completing the stormwater improvements through December 31, 2021. (DISTRICT #4)
