ORDINANCE _____

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 112,

SECTION 112.13 OF THE LOMBARD VILLAGE CODE IN

          REGARD TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES          

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LOMBARD, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:

                     Section 1:  That Title 11, Chapter 112, Section 112.13 (A) of the Lombard Village Code is amended by revising the entry relative to the Class A/B II liquor license, contained therein, to read as follows:

                     Class "A/B II - 7

                     Section 2:  That the change in the number of Class A/B II liquor licenses set forth in Section 1 above, is as a result of the cessation of business of Cheerleaders Ltd. also known as Brew City Bar and Grill, 530 E. North Avenue, Lombard.

                     Section 3:  This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
