was made by Fire Chief Seagraves, Lieutenant Plunkett, the responding firefighters, and President Mueller to Ricky Martinez. When a kitchen fire started in his home, Ricky Martinez calmly escorted his family out of the house and called 911.
A presentation was also made to Allie Spontak, 4 years old, who carried her 2 year old sister out of the house when a grease fire started in her kitchen. She held and calmed her sister after Allie brought her to their family emergency "meeting place" that she learned of in pre-school.
