9.   Allow a deviation from Section 153.505 (B) (16) (a) (1) of the Lombard Sign Ordinance to allow for individual wall signs greater than 100 feet in area and to allow the total sign surface area of all wall signs to exceed 117 square feet; and
10.  Allow a deviation from Section 153.505 (B) (16) (a) (2) of the Lombard Sign Ordinance to allow for multiple wall signs.
