Title:

An Ordinance Amending Title IX, Chapter 91, Article II, Section 91.21(A) of the Lombard Village Code in Regard to Medical Transportation Fees for Village Residents and Non-Residents Ordinance amending the Lombard Village Code imposing non-resident medical transportation fees at 100% of actual cost and resident medical transportation fees at 90% of the actual cost as determined by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and/or the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
