A request for a deviation from Section 153.505(B) (19) of the Village's Sign Ordinance to allow for a wall sign of 291.6 square feet on the building's southeast wall. 3. A request for a deviation from Section 153.505 (B)(19) of the Village's Sign Ordinance to allow for a second wall sign of 158.3 square feet of sign surface area on the building's southwest wall
