requesting approval of revisions to the Village Board Policy Manual incorporating various changes as requested at the September 11, Committee of the Whole and October 16 Board meeting.
Village Manager William Lichter outlined the changes as directed by the Village Board. First, changes were made to the Cable Policy (97-2) and Revised Agenda Format Policy (97-4).
President Mueller explained paid advertising will not be allowed.
Trustee Kufrin asked about including COW Meetings under 88-3. President Mueller indicated that was no problem.
Discussion ensued as to the difference between COW meetings and Budget Workshops. Village Attorney Tom Bayer said that State Law recognizes them as public meetings per the Open Meetings Act. President Mueller will work this out with Village Manager Lichter.
