Title: approving a recommendation of the Plan Commission requesting an amendment to the Planned Development of Highland Estates Subdivision in order to include Lot 2 (492 E.18th Street) and Lot 3 (496 E. 18th Street) of Thomas’ Resubdivision within the Planned Development. While the original petition included a request for an exception to the Zoning Ordinance to provide a rear yard setback of ten feet (10’) where thirty-five feet (35’) is required for Lots 8, 12, 23, 24, 25 and 26, and an exception to the Zoning Ordinance to provide for a front yard setback of twenty feet (20’) where thirty feet (30’) is required for Lot 66, the exceptions were withdrawn after publication but prior to the Plan Commission public hearing. The petitioner intends to resubmit at a later date. (DISTRICT #3 )
