An Ordinance approving PC 00-01, 7-115 E. St. Charles Road, requesting variations to the home occupation standards of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance including, but not limited to, allowing the placement of signs which are visible from the exterior of the dwelling units, increasing the allowable area for the home occupation from two-hundred-fifty (250) square feet to three-hundred-fifty (350) square feet, and allowing people who are not residents of the dwelling unit to be employed on the site.
