Title:

requesting variations to the Lombard Zoning Ordinance requirements regarding fences within clear line-of-sight areas, and a variation to allow a six foot (6') tall fence in the corner side yard, where a four foot (4') tall fence is permitted, in the R2 Single-Family Residence District. The ZBA recommended approval for the variation in fence height in the corner side yard from 4 feet to 6 feet. The ZBA had no recommendation to approve the fence requirements within the clear line of sight area. (DISTRICT #2)
