Title:

amending schedule VII of the Lombard Traffic Code (Ordinance No. 1186) to prohibit parking along North Avenue (Illinois Route 64), from a point twenty-four (24) feet East of Illinois Route 53 East to the Village limits, an Ordinance amending Title 9, Chapter 92, of the Lombard Village Code in regard to storm sewers, an Ordinance regulating encroachments on public right-of-way in the Village of Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois, a Resolution authorizing the funding for the North Avenue (Illinois Route 64) Improvement Project, a Resolution authorizing signature of the President and Clerk on an Agreement and an Agreement with Illinois Department of Transportation for construction of the North Avenue Site Improvements at a cost of $2,053,412.00. Waiver of first requested by staff due to time constraints. (DISTRICTS #1 & #4)
