The Plan Commission submits its recommendation to approve the petitioner's (Park Place of Lombard Homeowner,s Association) request of a zoning variation from Section 155.205(A)(1)(c)(i) of the Lombard Village Code for a fence of up to eight (8) feet, where a maximum of six (6) feet in height is permitted in the interior side yard within the R6PD Central Residence Planned Development District.
