for a Motion to direct staff to notify DuPage County that the Village does not object to the proposed amendments outlined in DuPage County Public Hearing T02-00 subject to the following comments:
1. That the term "drainage structures" be further refined in the Zoning Ordinance to reflect its applicability to sump pumps and not inlets or restrictors.
2. That the County review its Building Code to ensure that the code adequately addresses the one-hour fire separation requirement between structures.
3. That the County Building code include all landscaping requirement modifications that are currently included as part of the Zoning Ordinance prior to final adoption of the amendment by the County Board.
