AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 112,

SECTION 112.13 OF THE LOMBARD VILLAGE CODE IN

              REGARD TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LOMBARD, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:

                     Section 1:  That Title 11, Chapter 112, Section 112.13 (A) of the Lombard Village Code is amended by revising the entry relative to the Class "P" liquor license, contained therein, to read as follows:

                     "Class "P" – 0"

This decrease in Class "P" liquor licenses reflects the change from a self service to a full service restaurant relative to Tommy's Grillhouse., now doing business as Jolly's Family Restaurant, and the termination of a Class "P" liquor license to Jolly's Family Restaurant, Inc.

                     Section 2:  That Title 11, Chapter 112, Section 112.13 (A) of the Lombard Village Code is amended by revising the entry relative to the Class "C" liquor license, contained therein, to read as follows:

                     "Class "C" – 3"

This increase in Class "C" liquor licenses reflects the change from a self service to a full service restaurant relative to Tommy's Grillhouse, now doing business as Jolly's Family Restaurant, and the issuance of the Class "C" liquor license to Jolly's Family Restaurant, Inc.

                     Section 3:  This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
