Title: Requests site plan approval for a 9,500 square foot sit-down restaurant. The petitioner requests approval of any and all deviations from the Village's Sign Ordinance necessary to accommodate the signage shown on the submitted plans including but not limited to the following: (1) Pursuant to Section 5.F.3 of the B3 Development Agreement for the Fountain Square of Lombard property, allow a deviation from Section 153.602 of the Village's Sign Ordinance (definition of "Frontage") for the purpose of treating the east property line's orientation to Fountain Square Drive as the property's "Frontage." (2) Allow a deviation from Section 153.207(G) of the Village's Sign Ordinance to allow signs to be painted directly on the walls of the building.
