Title: An Ordinance Amending Title III, Chaper 32, Article III of the Lombard Village Code in Regard to Dissolution of The Board of Local Improvements Approving an Ordinance disbanding The Board of Local Improvements (BOLI). As there are no outstanding Lombard Special Assessments, and the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) does not anticipate the establishment of any Special Assessments, staff recommends that the Village Board disband The Board of Local Improvements.
