Text Amendments to the Village Code of Ordinances, Chapter 150.141: Plan Re-review Fee Amendments The ECDC and BOBA recommend approval of code amendments to Chapter 150.141: Plan Re-review Fee Amendments. The amendments would replace the existing plan-re-review fee provisions and would tie the re-review fee to the type and nature of the specific plan re-review itself.
