Intergovernmental Agreement with York Township Regarding the Paving of Highmoor Road, Edgewood Road and Harding Road Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with York Township regarding the paving of Highmoor, Edgewood and Harding Roads. The IGA provides for York Township to perform paving of incorporated sections of said roadways in conjunction with roadwork scheduled for unincorporated sections of the roadways at an estimated cost of $89,342.50.
