Second Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Village of Lombard and the Glenbard Fire Protection District Relative to Fire Protection Services The Second Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement, which was approved by the Glenbard Fire Protection District at its September 22, 2020 Board meeting, provides the Village with the authority to enforce Fire Prevention Codes, provide fire equipment inspectional services and conduct plan reviews related to new development within the District.
