Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with DuPage County regarding Signal Network Improvements Construction and Maintenance. The Signal Network Improvements project components include fiber optic interconnection and network facilities, signal management software access, intersection signal cabinet and camera improvements and information technology improved connectivity amount the Village complex and off-site fire stations. The County will function as the lead agency with joint input from the Village, and the Village will retain ownership and maintenance of the Village traffic signal network. The estimated Village contribution is $486,000.00. (DISTRICTS - ALL)
