Title: Downtown Improvement & Renovation Grant; 244 E St Charles Road (Lombard Veterinary Hospital) - Amended Grant Request A recommendation from the Economic and Community Development Committee to approve a Downtown Improvement and Renovation Grant Program (also known as the Facade Grant Program) for the Lombard Veterinary Hospital property.
