Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Midwest Paving Equipment of Glen Ellyn, IL., in the amount of $38,292.00 for the purchase of a Falcon Recycler & hot box trailer. The trailer is available for purchase through the Illinois State CMS Contract #23-416CSM-BOSS4-B-33802. Approval of an Ordinance declaring Unit ST911, a 2012 Falcon Asphalt Recycler and Hot Box Trailer, as surplus and authorizing the sale and/or disposal. Staff requests a waiver of first reading.
