This amendment extends certain construction timelines, the funding obligation date and the date for the developer to close on a portion of the JCPenny tract. The amendment also adds a limited joinder provision for Reserve at Yorktown Phase 2 LLC to be added as a party to the Agreement for rights relating to the Phase 2 portion of the project.
