Requests that the Village take the following actions for the subject property located within the B4 Corridor Commercial Zoning District:
1. Approve a variation from Section 155.415 (D) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required minimum lot area from 40,000 square feet to 16,994 square feet.
2. Approve a variation from Section 155.415 (F)(4) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required rear yard setback from thirty (30) feet to ten (10) feet to allow for the construction of a commercial strip center. | recommend to the Corporate Authorities for approval with conditions | Pass |
