Request from All-Star Cab Dispatch, Inc. for a business license to operate in the Village. |
Scott Bianchi, Vice President of All-Star Taxicab, was in attendance to present |
information about the company. |
It was moved by Nolan, seconded by Snead, that this matter be recommend to |
the Board of Trustees for Approval. The motion carried by a voice vote |

It was moved by Corbino, seconded by Nolan, that this matter be recommend to |
the Board of Trustees for Approval. The motion carried by a voice vote |
Parkside Avenue and St. Charles Road at Main Street, No Turn on Red |
A request to change the No Turn on Red signs from specific time limits to "When |
Pedestrians Are Present". |
It was moved by Snead, seconded by Nolan, that this matter be recommended to |
the Board of Trustees for denial. The motion carried by a voice vote |
Sidewalk Policy/Safe Routes to School |
A resident request to review the sidewalk policy in regard to the 200 block of N. |
LaLonde. (DISTRICT #4) |
School District 45 has not responded and School District 44 did not provide detailed |
demographic information. Staff will submit an application based on School District 44. |
