A Public Hearing was held at this point regarding Special Assessment 209. The project |

was explained to residents in attendance and they were invited to speak or ask |
|
questions. |

Approval of Minutes

It was moved to approve the minutes for the meeting of November 19, 1997. The |
|
motion carried by a voice vote |

Sherman, that this matter be approved. The motion carried. |

The Board of Local Improvements opted to solicit opinions from the homeowners as to |

whether the term of the financing should be 10 years or 15 years. Staff will conduct a |
|
poll. |

Sherman, that this matter be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. |
