Stan Rickard reviewed the issues with Special Assessment 217. |
|
-Due to major underground issues, the Village will probably only do the stormwater at |
|
the VFW property and the Lagoon next year. |
|
-The following year or two, we'll work on moving the sanitary and completing the private |
|
connections. |
|
-These actions will give the Village a few years to negotiate. |
|
-As far as special assessment cap issues, it will be a very expensive project for the |
|
Village. |
|
-There's no sense in installing a dual water system. There is no incentive for anybody to |
|
connect. |
