Trustee Tross questioned the TSC billings. Memorandums from staff and from Testing |
|
Service Corporation were provided at the meeting, explaining the nature of the billing |
|
error. TSC will re-issue a single invoice, correcting the error. |

Authorizing a decrease of $34,527.12 to the contract with Trine Construction. |

Ray Schwab explained to BOLI that the final balancing change order will be an increase |

in quantities regarding landscape restoration and ditch drainage. This is in response to |
|
observed and reported incidences of standing water within the new ditches. |
