Dratnol-Staff met with the Engineering Manager from Illinois American Water Company. |
|
Illinois American is adamant about not replacing the watermain, nor will they sell the |
|
system. They claim they were there first and the Village will have to pay to lower the |
|
services. Tom Bayer is looking into it. Lamplot-I would recommend sending a follow up |
|
letter documenting their position. Dratnol-Most of the main is in the parkway. The |
|
problem will be conflicts with sanitary services. |
