Requests a variation to Section 155.205(A)(1)(C)(2) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance |
to increase the maximum allowable fence height in a corner side yard from four feet (4') |
to six feet (6') in the R2 Single-Family Residence District. The ZBA recommended |
denial of this petition. (DISTRICT #3) |
It was moved that this matter be recommended to the Corporate Authorities for |
denial to the Village Board of Trustees. The motion carried by the following vote: |

Ordinance to reduce the required corner sideyard setback from twenty feet (20') to ten |
feet (10') to allow for a residential addition in the R2 Single-Family Residence District. |

It was moved to recommended to the Corporate Authorities for approval with |
conditions this file with the following conditions: |
1. The petitioner shall develop the property in accordance with the building plans |
dated September 15, 2003 and submitted as part of the request. |
2. The development shall meet all codes of the Village of Lombard The motion |
