| date/explained different size trucks and improvements. |

| like to see something done before someone gets hurt. What are options? JJ: |
| explained the study that was done 2 1/2 years ago. TJ: questioned conclusion of that |
| study. JJ: it was meant to redirect vehicles back on to the road/guard rail is not meant |
| for a 90 degree impact. PK: directed staff to write letter to Paul Cassidy to explain. Mr. |
| Menini: management is not responsible/wants Village to install some kind of safety |
| device. Cuny: will try to contact Mr. Cassidy and set up a meeting with him to discuss |
| options. JS: residents should contract a traffic engineer to look at the whole site along |
| with the Management Company to see what options are available. |
