| The annual audit was previously distributed to the committee. The management letter |
| comments are attached. Ron Amen from the Village's audit firm, Lauterbach & Amen, |
| will be on hand to discuss the audit and management letter. Staff response to the |
| management letter comments is attached. |
| A. Bimonthly Financial Reports (Information) |
| The Bimonthly Financial Report as of September 30, 2004 has previously been |
| distributed. The Bimonthly Financial Report as of November 30, 2004 is attached for |
| the Committee's information. |
| B. Update on Financial Projections for FYE 2006 Budget (Information) |
| The Director of Finance will briefly review the information previously presented to the |
| Village Board during recent budget workshops regarding financial projections for FYE |
| 2006. |
