Request for concurrence with Staff recommendation as outlined in the memorandum for |
the re-plumbing of homes in the neighborhood bounded by Grace Street, North Avenue, |
Sunset Avenue, and the Villa Park border. (DISTRICT #4) |
Add on "Notice of Commencement" page at bottom under Payment Withheld an Item 5 - |
Must be current with all Village accounts. |

Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Peerless Fence for a railroad |
safety buffer fence in a base bid amount of $62,040 with a total of up to $80,650 |
depending on additions to the contract that may be approved by the Board of Trustees. |
