| It was moved by Murphy, seconded by Cation, to approve the minutes for |
| January 20, 2009. The motion carried by a voice vote |
| Proposed Budget for FYE 2010 |
| Tim Sexton reviewed the proposed budget with the committee and indicated that there |
| were no changes from preliminary budget reviewed at the joint Village Board and |
| Finance Committee meeting on February 3, 2009. Discussion followed. |
| It was moved by Wellehan, seconded by Murphy, that this matter be |
| recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. The motion carried by a |
| voice vote |
| Tim Sexton briefly reviewed the 1/31/09 Financial Report with the Committee. |
| Discussion followed. |
| Future meeting dates were reviewed by the committee. The Committee agreed to |
| change the next scheduled meeting date to Monday, March 16 at 7:00 p.m. |
