| The Village of Lombard is proposing text amendments to the Lombard Zoning |
| Ordinance as follows: |
| A. Amend Section 155.210 (and other sections as needed for clarity) to establish |
| regulations for the placement of Above Ground Utility Cabinets. |
| B. Amend Section 155.212 to establish Above Ground Utility Cabinets as permitted |
| obstructions in certain required yards. |
| C. Amend Section 155.803 to establish and/or amend definitions for Private Utilities, |
| Above Ground Utility Cabinet, and Service Entity. |
