Call To Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order by President Tross at 7:03 p.m.

Public Participation

Brad Janisch, citizen of Lombard, was in attendance.

It was moved by Vice President Soderstrom, seconded by O'Toole, to approve

the minutes of the February 8, 2007 meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote

SA 208 Rebate

A request to approve a rebate for SA 208. All bonds have been called and paid, all

installments have been paid by residents, and all expenditures have been paid out. The

rebate will be coming back to the Village. The amount of the Village portion less the

abatement amount (if applicable) was greater than the amount to be rebated.

This Matter was to approve on the Consent Agenda.

SA 211 Rebate

A request to approve a rebate for SA 211. All bonds have been called and paid, all

installments have been paid by residents, and all expenditures have been paid out. The

rebate will be coming back to the Village. The amount of the Village portion less the

abatement amount (if applicable) was greater than the amount to be rebated.

A request to approve the Certificate of Final Cost and Completion in regard to Special

SA 217 Engineering Resource Associates Payout No. 31

In the amount of $45,556.82 for design engineering services. (DISTRICT #4)

This Matter was to approve on the Consent Agenda.

SA 218B (Edgewood Avenue From Central Avenue to Roosevelt Road)

Abandonment

Resolution authorizing the abandonment of SA 218B. (DISTRICT #6)

President Tross requested that this item be forwarded to the Board of Trustees.

SA 219 Burns & McDonnell Payout No. 6

In the amount of $25,410.06 for Resident Engineering services. (DISTRICT #6)

It was moved by O'Toole, seconded by O'Brien, to suspend the rules, waive first

reading and pass on second reading, waive competitive bidding and award

contracts approve and adopt resolutions as needed for the following items and as

read by the Clerk on the Consent Agenda. The motion carried by a voice vote
